Effective October 28, 2026. These conditions govern access to igamingthreatlens.online. Accessing the site constitutes acceptance.

1. Nature of the content

1.1. The site condenses security obligations issued by gambling regulators and legislatures and describes defensive practice at a general level.

1.2. Content is educational. It is not legal, compliance, audit or certification advice, and it gives no opinion on whether a particular system, product, vendor or operator satisfies any requirement. Security vendors are not recommended.

1.3. No lawyer-client or advisory relationship arises from use of the site. Consult the primary document, and work with qualified practitioners who know your environment, before relying on anything here.

2. Independence

2.1. iGamingThreatLens does not operate gambling, sell security services, test or certify systems, conduct audits, promote operators or accept payment for coverage.

2.2. Regulators, standards bodies, vendors and operators are named solely to identify their publications or decisions. There is no affiliation with, endorsement by or agency for any of them, and their marks remain their property.

3. Currency of information

Each page records the date its sources were last reviewed. Regulations are amended, frameworks are reissued in new versions and URLs break, and obligations depend on the specific license and system in question. Where this site and a primary document conflict, the primary document prevails. Report suspected errors through the contact page; the handling process is described under corrections.

4. Reuse

4.1. Text, tables, diagrams and design are original to iGamingThreatLens except where another source is credited.

4.2. Permitted without request: viewing, printing and saving pages for your own research or professional work; quoting brief excerpts or single table entries with a link to the source page, preferably alongside a citation of the underlying regulatory document.

4.3. Requires prior written consent: republishing complete pages or tables, commercial sale or licensing of the material, and mirroring the site. Linked primary documents remain subject to their publishers' own terms.

5. Prohibited activity

• Sending spam, unlawful or abusive material, or malware through the site or the form.
• Probing, scanning or testing the site's security without written authorization.
• Attempting access to non-public resources.
• Generating automated traffic that burdens the server. Well-behaved crawlers that honor robots.txt are permitted.

6. Third-party sites

Outbound links point mainly to regulators, legislatures, standards bodies and government security agencies, with occasional secondary reports flagged as such. Those sites are outside our control, and we bear no responsibility for their content, uptime or data practices.

7. Liability

7.1. The site is supplied without charge and on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranty is given as to completeness, accuracy, currency or availability, and no liability is accepted for any loss resulting from reliance on the content. This covers indirect and consequential loss and lost profit, revenue, business or data.

7.2. Liability that cannot lawfully be restricted, including for fraud or for negligence causing death or personal injury, is unaffected. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. General

These conditions may be amended; the effective date above identifies the current text, and continued access signifies acceptance.
